Refund policy

Returns: In-Stock Tile Products

  • Blackrock accepts returns for a refund on In-Stock Tile Products within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the tiles have not been installed or adhered to any surface.

  • Once tiles have been fixed or installed, they are considered accepted. Blackrock is not responsible for any costs associated with the removal of tiles that have already been installed.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • If any items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Blackrock will provide replacements for the affected products. Please supply clear photographs of any damage or issues (preferably while the items remain in their original packaging) to assist in identifying the cause and improving our service.

  • Returns are only available to the original paying customer. If you did not purchase the goods directly, you are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

 

Returns: Special Order Tile & Bathroom Products including Tapware

  • Blackrock does not accept any returns or refunds for tiles ordered specially for a customer, whether this be from a local or international supplier.

  • Customers should verify before placing orders as to whether some or all of the products to be purchased are to be specially-ordered.
  • All tap ware and bathroom products are special-order items. Customers should verify with their contractor/builder that the products to be ordered are sufficient and suitable for the job, prior to placing orders.

 

Returns: Clearance Items

  • Blackrock does not accept any returns or refunds for clearance items. Customers should verify with their contractor/builder that the products to be ordered are sufficient and suitable for the job, prior to placing orders.
